Starbucks employees in hundreds of stores across the United States walked out on Red Cup Day

The group is demanding a minimum wage of $15 per hour and better working conditions

The walkout affected stores in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

The protest was also supported by other labor groups such as Fight for $15 and the Service Employees International Union
